Unreliable connection
I purchased several of these to connect a Eurorack synth (using 3.5mm jacks) to an outboard passive ring modulator (using unbalanced 1/4" TS jacks). The overall construction seemed sturdy enough but the fit of the 3.5mm jacks (several brands tried) was excessively loose, with visible wiggle and an electrically intermittent connection. They were unusable.
I ended up discarding them and instead soldering up conversion cables (AMPHENOL KM2PB-AU 3.5mm jack, NEUTRIK NP2 1/4" jack, Sommer Cable Onyx 2025 BK cable all from Thomann).

quality too bad
I know these are cheap, but they have all broken. One broke in an amp, had to open the amp to get it out, and even then it was a tough job. Another broke in a friend's guitar, luckily I could get it out easily.
Spend a little more and get a better one.

Not recommended
I bought two and on both the 3.5" connection is very loose with any cable that I tried, to the point of being unusable because of bad contact. At first I though I actually bought the wrong adapters. Cheap but not worth it.

Female socket does not connect with the standard mini jack
The mini jack female socket is too big for a standard mini jack cable. In this way the adapter is not able to make a firm connection with the cable (there is no click).

Worst tolerances for mini jack.
The mini jack just sits loose in the adapter and doesn't make a decent connection. Don't buy this one. It's probably a roulette

I use it for my moduylar system but the match cable does not hold into place, so if I touch the cable or the adapter it interupts the signal... not good must find new ones
