The stock setting did it for me
I have been playing guitar, bass and keyboards at a pro and semi pro level for the last 35 years. I'm a big compressor fan and it takes a lot to impress me. So .. with the difference between compression for quality/utility and compression for effect clearly fixed in our minds this is the later (although it is high quality too..lol). I bought it because I'd seen a clip with Nathan East talking about it or playing it (can't remember which) and he had a toneprint for it. When it arrived I plugged it in and decided I couldn't care less about changing the original preset to something else. It was really my kind of compression for effect!. I play a custom made, active four string with east electronics in to Markbass LM2 into a MarkBass 2x10 4ohm cab. I've recommend this to loads of my mates.

Simple yet effective
This is a very simple pedal with the possibility of expanded features with the Toneprint app.
The sound of the pedal is very good, I lowered a star for features due to the fact that it is fairly basic with only one knob.
If you choose to use the tone print app, understand that sometimes it is a bit finicky "beaming" the sounds. I have one bass that it does not work well with, and another that it seems to work fine with.
Also it does not ship with a power supply. Luckily I had one extra laying around to use.

incredible
Basically does everything, multi-band /parallel compressor that you can tweak any perimeter of using the software. absolutely perfect, I was blown away by this. you can assign the knob to do whatever you like, once you've got it set how you want it you'll barely ever touch it, but will never want to play without it

A tool for a job
Does what it's supposed to do.
Easy to control with a single knob and many possibilities thanks to the usb connection.

Best for the price.
Great mini-compressor. Have tried others before but I'm keeping this one as my main. Easy to set-up and use, sounds great, got lots of configurations options with the tone print app (which I never use BTW)... this one is a keeper.

Easy to use with tons of choice
Bought this compressor nearly a year ago (forgot to rate it earlier!). The Spectracomp has been a permanent addition to my board since. I really appreciate the single knob, makes on the fly adjustment easy. I've pretty much found the Toneprint that worked for me, and stuck with it since. I would definitely recommend buying it if you're in the market for a good compressor at a decent price.

Little box wtih unlimited settings
Beam! And I'm ready, I've changed settings to funky.
Toneprint are best thing happen to tc pedals.
Compressing something I usually set up once and not touch at all. But not with that, easy to handle, make change easy even in gig situation when I need different type of compressing.
Pros:
1. Small size, just one knob.
2. Toneprint, if you dig it.
Con:
1. It's need to be set up by toneprint for get max of it. Not that good from the box.
2. It's not good idea to place dist/fuzz/overdrive before it, it get boosting the signal and also the noise in my situation. Then again, it needs to adjust to what you playing and how.

Great. Recommended. Value for money.
Simple to use out of the box. Flexible and more complex if you get into tone print. Great for home studio recording.
Pro: Relatively inexpensive, great sounding, both compact and sturdy.
Cons:
A connector cable would have been nice.
If you want instant flexibility on stage the one control may not be ideal.
