Stolen/Lost by courier/Thomann
Thomann's courier either just left them outside my home and they were stolen, or the courier took the picture and then took the parcel.
No picture of my front door, let alone it being open or me holding the parcel
Thomann couldn't care less. Contacting them was an eye-opener for how little they care about their customers.
They told me I signed for parcel when I did NOT. They couldn't produce a signature. Then I had a visit from their courier who asked me to sign a form confirming I had NOT RECEIVED THE PARCEL - Thomann used this signature to say I had signed for delivery. Disgusting people.
No goods, no replacement, and no refund.
I wish I had read their Trustpilot reviews, which show I'm not the only one this has happened to.
