Build quality is TAMA standard, which is really good.
Easy to setup and adjust. Doesn't seem to damage your bass drum hoop at all, although you could always put a bit of felt on it if you were worried.
Cowbell goes onto it nicely. Stable throughout playing time. Great price for a good product that does what it's supposed to.

Perfect for your bass drum
Nicely fits on to the bass drum. I put bit of cardboard in between the metal and the drum just to keep it protected.
The post provides a good distance for the cowbell that it isn't too far forward.
Only issue i've found is that it can sometime get bit loose after some heavy playing. But on the bright side it's easy to tighten right back up again.
