EF86s tubes can very fragil.
After 4 years of heavy use, the EF86 tube on my 65Amps London Pro got michrophonic so I got this one to replace it.
It only lasted a few months until it became michrophonic.
I bought a NOS Valvo EF86s now and so far it's been working great.

Ich habe mehrere Amps mit der EF86 Pentode, sowie verschiedene andere EF86 Hersteller getestet. Dieser Typ der EF86 hat für mich, mit die besten Eigenschaften dieser Gattung. Sehr fein aufgelöstes Klangbild, mikrophonie arm, sehr schöne Obertöne (guter klang) und sehr eng toleriert und ausgemessen, ich habe mehre dieser EF86 gekauft und alle wiesen diese guten Eigenschaften auf. Für mich ist das eine ausgezeichnete Röhre und ich bin froh diese Qualität für dieses Geld zu bekommen.
