Superb book!

This book far exceeded my expectations. It’s a very well produced hardback book of 186 pages. It’s very clearly written. (I read very little German but with the help of Google translate everything is crystal clear). Explanations are precise. Progress is logical. Illustrations show what needs to be shown with no clutter or ambiguity. Examples using musical notation are perfectly chosen. The author is obviously both an expert on the Hummelchen and a very talented writer. This is not a dry textbook. It is an absorbing book (and this is the crucial bit) which will make a huge difference to my progress as a pipe.

Selbstverlag

Das Buch ist eindeutig im Selbstverlag erschienen. Das ganze Layout schreit WORD. Auch die Bilder sind verzogen und von schlechter Qualität.

Inhaltlich jedoch scheint das Buch. Die Liebe des Autors zu diesem Instrument, die Erfahrung als Lehrer und auch die Mühe die in dieses Buch gesteckt wurden werden hier deutlich. Und darauf kommt es letztendlich an.

Gut fur Beginner

Une bonne méthode pour débutant. Cependant, avoir une personne qui maîtrise l'allemand dans son entourage est un plus. Il faut également avoir des bases en solfège.

Gut für Anfänger. Es ist in Deutsch und nicht in französich, glückicherweise versteht ich ein bisschen. Sehr Praktisch, mit Partitur.
