love the tenor tone sound and response
exquisitely engineered - keys, springs, rockers etc
easy and comfortable to hold
delicately and attractively finished quality superb
excellent quick/efficient delivery
most pleasantly surprised, satisfied and impressed.
quality mouthpiece and superb case with cleaning kit etc all included at great price.
very good finish/lacquer. Lever mechanisms and pads all very good - a lot of delicate effort and precise care has been put into making this instrument which shows both in its sound and looks - it is very 'playable.'
So - all in all a most pleasing experience to purchase and acquire.

Really pleased with my Startone sax. It's a good solid instrument and plays well. Put next to a sax that cost over three times the price you have to look really hard to see why there is such a difference in price. Thank you Thomann, great price, great product and great service!

I got it a few weeks ago, and it works perfectly. However, I had to bend the active arm of the octave key for it to play the lower notes. It might be good to go through big things like this at a quality check :)
