Thomann team asked me to record a video showing the problem, which I promptly did. Their conclusion: We keep your money, you wait until the tubes arrive back in Germany, should take a week, you wait another we dont know how long until we evaluate them, you wait for us to send you new tubes (another week), while you keep my money and in the meantime I have to figure out a way to continue my work as a giging musician without tubes in your amp. No thanks, this is terrible service and thus does not foster trust nor respect.
