Extremely poor manufacturer support
I can’t properly evaluate the key characteristics, since I received the unit three times without the DC 9V power supply (even though it is stated everywhere that it is included in the package). The integrated pedalboard power supply did not work either, as Source Audio has very specific requirements. I contacted their support three times, which is supposed to respond within 48 hours, but even after two weeks I have not received a reply.
