The build quality of this hand drum is frankly sub-par. The first one I ordered arrived broken, luckily Thomann were nice enough to send me a replacement. To my disappointment, the sound wasn't too nice even with an intact drum head. I mostly use this as a children's toy nowadays. For that purpose it works just fine.

Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Ich verwende diese Trommel in der musikalischen Früherziehung für Kleinkinder (1,5 - 4 Jahre). Die Trommel ist handlich und erzeugt durch das Naturfell einen schönen Klang. Es lassen sich auch Regentropfen, Windgeräusche, Hagel usw. sehr schön nachahmen.

Da der Anschaffungspreis akzeptabel ist, kann somit jedes Kind auf einer eigenen Trommel spielen.
Leider hat der o.g. Vorteil, nämlich das Naturfell, auch seinen Nachteil: bei übermäßiger Beanspruchung z.B. durch extremes Schlagen auf die Trommel oder Draufsitzen/Draufsteigen bricht das Fell ein und die Trommel kann nicht wieder neu bespannt werden, da sie genagelt ist.

Dies ist bisher allerdings nur 2x innerhalb von 3 Jahren vorgekommen, sodass der natürliche "Verschleiß" -v.a. auch mit Blick auf den Anschaffungspreis- hinnehmbar ist.

Alles in allem eine empfehlenswerte Trommel - ich würde mir nur einen anderen Schlägel dazukaufen oder die Trommel nur mit der Hand spielen, denn der beigefügte Holzschlägel ist doch m.E. eher was für ein Glockenspiel.
