Good sound, medicore quality
The sound of this cable is quite balanced and punchy, quite tight. The only thing which it lacks in my opinion is the thickness like in LLX or tweed series.
Unfortunately I think that Sommer has kept the old prices but the quality of their cables is worse, the font has changed, and to me it seems the white material used to cover the hot wire and the black screen changed as well, now it is less clean when screen is removed and white material melts easier. It used to be good compared to other products, now it is nothing exceptional.
Since it is cheap, I would say it deserves a good note compared to more expensive Sommer models, which seem to bring same quality for much higher price.

Good But Thick
Good but won't fit in some connectors as it's thick cable. Not ideal for guitar patch leads. Otherwise great quality

Bullet proof cable!
A very solid and resistant cable, it's good for static application but too stiff in my opinion, if you're using it to make a connection from your guitar to amp or pedalboard.

Great sounding cable
Great sounding cable, but it's a bit stiff to my taste. I made a 4m instrument cable, and it's a bit too stiff I think.

Good
Used it for a long (I think around 8m) cable for my bassist. Unfortunately, you could hear a little bit of treble sucked up in A/B testing on my guitar. However, it wasn't particularly pronounced effect. Besides, he's using active pickups in bass (compared to passive in my guitar) so he was happy with it.

Great quality instrument or patch cable
I'm using The Sprit for patch leads between affects pedals, and from my pedalboard to amplifier. I use Klotz AC-110 as my instrument cable, but that's too stiff for patch leads: The Spirit has similar properties (good screening and low capacitance) while being a little more malleable than the Klotz (although not by much).
As with any low capacitance, well screened cable, The Spirit provides a good, clear signal which preserves high frequencies well. Well suited as either an instrument cable or as patch leads and interconnect. If you need something very flexible, though, something like Sommer's Tricone is a better choice.

Excellent cable
I ordered small piece of "The spirit" for patch cables and to test the quality of the cable. I like it very much, especially flexibility which is little on a harder side but not too much. Insulation material and wiring are very friendly and easy to operate.
Soundwise I can not tell much, but it is obviously a very high quality cable.
I will order more to replace some of my much expensive cables.

Sommer Cable A+
Sick of paying through the nose for cables, and decided to build my own. The Spirit's very clear and easy to solder. Highly recommended
