One receiver can do it all

The Shure MoveMic receiver connects to the microphone using Shure's own wireless technology, which offers better stability, audio quality, and range than conventional Bluetooth connections, along with lower latency. This allows the system to be used with practically any video camera, or indeed any other video device or app, making it ideal for hybrid or frequently changing setups. A wide range of settings can be adjusted right on the receiver's screen, including gain control, EQ, filters, presets, and noise reduction. If the Shure MOTIV app is installed on a smartphone, additional options can be configured. The key feature here is the ability to select one of four polar patterns: stereo with adjustable width from 60° to 135°, mono cardioid, mono figure‑of‑eight, and raw mid‑side.

As such, it's capable of delivering two‑channel stereo recordings at a sample rate of up to 48kHz. The Shure MoveMic 88+ processes frequencies from 40Hz to 18kHz and sound sources up to a level of 122.4 dB, at a dynamic range of 96.5 dB. Thanks to the five presets and the intuitive interface, creatives can quickly find the right sound for their project. There's no need to be an experienced audio expert to achieve solid audio when filming with the MoveMic receiver kit. In addition, video recordings can be created directly on a smartphone using the MOTIV Video app – all it takes is a Bluetooth connection between phone and mic.
