The Saxophone Method 1 in englischer Sprache ist für Alto-Sax Anfänger gedacht, die Englisch als Muttersprache haben oder Personen , die sich z.B. das englische Vokabular von Anfang an sozusagen spielend aneignen wollen.
Es empfiehlt sich dann, auch Band 2 zuzulegen.
Die Auswahl der Stücke ist dabei möglicherweise auch noch interessant, da u.a. es kaum Überschneidungen mit mir bekannten deutschen Schulen gibt.
Für Deutsch Sprechende, die dies nicht wollen/brauchen , gibt es ausreichend anderes Material auf dem Markt.
Vom Autor John O'Neill gibt es übrigens gute Schulen in deutsch, wie z.B. "Die Jazzmethode für Saxophon" für verschiedene Sax-Typen!, die ich nur empfehlen kann, die aber für Anfänger meiner Meinung nach nicht geeignet sind.
