Die Bewertung muss ich von vornherein relativieren. Ich bin blutiger Anfänger und möchte Saxophon Richtung Jazz lernen. Dabei geht's mir mit diesem Buch zu schnell vorwärts. Nach einigen Wochen, mit nun anders erworbenen Grundkenntnissen schaut dies nun schon anders aus und ich verwende dieses Buch mittlerweile gerne zusammen mit anderen.

Großartig. Selten eine Schule gesehen, die so kompakt wunderbare Tipps gibt. Macht wirklich Spaß, die Stücke zu spielen. Habe allerdings entgegen aller "Warnungen" sofort die beiden Parker-Stücke am Ende gespielt. Herrlich. Kann diese Schule sehr empfehlen. Besten Dank

Das perfekte Start-Werkzeug auch für brandneue Einsteiger. Selbst mein Saxofon-Lehrer bestätigt den hohen Schulungswert dieses Buchs. Damit es mit dem monophonen Saxofon nicht zu "eintönig" wird, gibt es eine pfiffig eingespielte Begleit-CD dazu, die von Anfang Laune macht und zum Dranbleiben ermutigt.
