Switched from an Arnold and Sons 1 1/4C and had no problems adapting. Little bit more resistance but it can take so much more air than my old one.

Ich vergleich es mal mit dem ähnlichen Bach 3c.
Der Sound ist zentrierter und weniger gestreut.Auch eleganter.Der Ton kann etwas besser moduliert werden.Das Mundstück wirkt etwas enger,der Wiederstand beim Blasen etwas höher.Die tiefen Töne rasten besser ein.Die höheren Töne sind etwas schwieriger anzuspieln.
Der Mundstückrand ist vollkommen anderst,eher mehr gerundet.Das bedeutet eine massive Umstellung im Ansatz,was sich mit der Zeit aber gibt.Die Lippen haben weniger Kontakt zum Mundstücksrand.Wer bisher mit Bach Probleme an den Lippen hatte,für den kann das Das Richtige sein.
Die Verarbeitung könnte etwas besser sein.Bei mir war das Polish nicht der Hit.Insgesammt eine interesante Alternative zum 3c.
Ich spiele es auf einer alten 6320 von Yamaha,der Schilke-Klon.

Sehr individuelle Angelegenheit. Größe und Form muß einfach passen. Dank der freundlichen Thomann Politik war eine Ausprobe von mehreren Mundstücken möglich und dieser passt perfekt.
Schilke typisch abgerundeter Rand sitzt bequem an Lippen. Braucht aber etwas mehr Luft um adäquat anzusprechen.
