I do not understand very well how to calculate the sizes, I ordered by guessing.
For a standard switch Epiphone Les Paul Ultra 2 came up, I think it will work with other Epiphone models such as Les Paul and SG.

Gold baby!
This one fits on a Switchcraft 3 way toggle switch perfectly, just use a piece of cloth to cover it and pliers while rotating to fit it in because it's a little tight. Price is alright.

Great knob
Good looking and good quality knob. I put it on a gold and white Les Paul and it came out perfect. It's still shiny after 1,5 years so seems to stay pretty over time.
