Do not buy this if you are looking for a full bassy sound with lots of body. These strings are perfect for a gypsy jazz player, but might be too bright if you are looking for a fuller sound

Topsound, but G-string wears out quickly!

These strings are a fantastic upgrade on my old German jazz guitar: the sound is truly overwhelming. It has never sounded so good before..!
Unfortunately, the winding of the G string gave out after a few weeks of playing. The winding material is too thin and fragile. I have now put a regular solid steel string on it again. Not as good a sound but so durable.
