Wie alle Rycote Produkte, muss man hier keine langen Reden schwingen. Die Verarbeitung ist Top, das Fell hochwertig und es dämpft den Wind optimal. Egal ob bei Bläserabnahmen oder Field Recording Jobs, die britischen Luxuskatzen halten, was sie versprechen, sind Pflegeleicht und miauen auch nicht :D.

Die kleinen Fellknäul passen super in das Case, in dem die 4099er kommen. Die Montageidee mit den Druckknöpfen ist zwar nicht optimal, da man das kleine, filigrane Mikro relativ fest reindrücken muss, eine Zugkordel wäre hier besser gewesen, aber dafür halten sie auch den ärgsten Sturmwinden stand.

Alles in allem ein Top Produkt für den EB / Tonbereich.

Se fixent bien aux micros, elles sont un peu trop petites et écrasent la mousse des dpa. Il faut les enfiler très délicatement afin de ne pas abimer les micros mais une fois en place elles garantissent une bonne limitation des vents latéraux. Le dpa 4099 était hyper cardioïde, si le vent vient de derrière (dans l'axe) le micro n'est pas entièrement protégé.

Idéal et éprouvé sur instruments à vent (clarinette basse et saxophones) sur des scènes extérieures soumisse à des courants d'air modérés ou du vent moyen qui viendrait s'engouffrer sur le plateau.

Ne bloque pas parfaitement les rafales de vent dans l'axe.

Gestern (05.07.2015) bei einem Stadtfest (Open-Air) erstmalig benutzt - der Wind war so stark, dass es kleine Äste von den Bäumen abgerissen hat. Der Windjammer hat seinen Zweck vorbildlich erfüllt.
