I haven't tested the product but I'm giving the shipment process as worst as ever I experienced in my whole life ordering online.

I cannot wait the product to test but it seems it will not happen with this experience. Can't imagine the excitement for the first time ordering this item but it changed everything. If I did not received this shipment by tomorrow I will be happy to refuse the shipment, return and file a complaint.
