Für mich war dieser Stick ein Testkauf. Mein erstes Rohema Produkt und ohne viel Recherche. Ich bin mittlerweile unglaublich zufrieden. Der Stick ist äußerst hart. So einen harten Stick habe ich bei Vic Firth aus Hickory oder Maple noch nie gehabt. Die Spitze erinnert an die der AJ Serie von Vic Firth, sind aber sogar noch etwas feiner. Auch die Tropfenform war ungewohnt für einen Fan des Ball-Kopfes, jedoch habe ich noch nie einen solch feinen Klang gehabt. Auf meinem Mehmet 61 Anniversary war es einfach Phänomenal. Im vergleich zu meinen alten Stick(Vater Manhattan) musste ich feststellen das ich ein riesiges Spektrum an hellen, schimmernden Tönen garnicht bisher erschlossen hatte. Sofort wurde ich aber stutzig und dachte mir das der Stick doch sehr leise klingen muss von außen. Jedoch war er auch im vergleich zu vielen anderen Sticks äußerst Durchsetzungsfähig. Traumhaft ist auch der lange Hals der Akzente im Swing wunderbar steuerbar macht.
Einziger Knackpunkt ist noch etwas das die Balance. Doch wenn man von Vater Sticks kommt ist man in diesem Punkt sicherlich verwöhnt.
Im Moment kommt es mir so vor als würde alles am Set besser mit diesen Sticks klappen. Und da soll noch einer mal was gegen Bauch-Käufe sagen.

Ich glaube dies wird mein nächster Standardstick.
