Very expensive for what it is
It's a flimsy adapter, the jack side is made to be screwed but I don't have those jacks, only regular ones, so it does wiggle quite a bit.
Other than that the power is converted from phantom power to the appropriate level so that part is ok.
Overall, I find this accessory very expensive for what it is.

Too noisy to my taste
I bought a pair of these as a backup for my binaural recording set, for which I was myself designing a stereo low-noise phantom power converter.
But when I turned up the gain to check the noise floor, it was actually worse than the one that came with the binaural recording set (which had also acquired a squeel - hence me designing and building a new one).
But as I like having backup options available to me, I'm still keeping them.
Still, I would have expected something better from Rode.
But I do have to hand them the robust housing.
