High quality but not perfect…
I would recommend the product (with caveats below).
Pros -
Solid frame with high quality finish.
Stable and easy to adjust.
Maintains Mic at the same angle in every position with relative ease.
Cons-
Difficult to tighten some of the screws adequately.
Spring tension can’t cope at extremes of extension or flexion
(e.g. it struggles with the Rode NT2a).

Solid product but not for heavier mics
I've used one daily for many years and it's a good product IMO. Only reason why I can't give it 5/5 is because it's simply not strong enough to handle larger mics. I am using it with SM57 and it's been perfect for that. I tried to use it with Rode's own NT2 but PSA-1 can't handle it's weight. I bought it for homestudio use but I am currently using when playing videgames online. It's a good product if you are aware of it's limitations.

Has some things to improve on
I have no previous experience to compare against so it is hard for me evaluate how it stands out of competition. Mechanism makes scratching metal noise when adjusted. For my mic I had to get additional extension tube. I appreciate mounting options. Overall good, especially packaging, but not 5 stars good.

Decent mic arm
Pretty useful and convenient mic arm in my home studio. Though part that holds the mic is not very handy. Have to tighten hard a screw that holds a mic, unless it is loose. After one year use, loud noises appear when setting up the position i need. Despite that, good and decent arm.

Good arm overall
Good arm, handles my Rode NT1 5th gen. They could have thought cable management a bit better, but not a deal breaker. 4.5 start, I would say :)

Nice addition to my room
I got this so I can easily stream from my PC without having to use a normal stand.
It's a nice addition as it simplified thing a lot. Not I can easily move my mic around the desk, depending on what I'm doing.
What I personally don't like about it is the fact that it's quite hard to have other add-ons for the mic. I have a pop-filter that is just impossible to place on this stand.
Other than that I can honestly say I love what it does. The cable management is really easily done, the position is really customizable and it hold the microphone really well.

Good quality, does the job
It's alright, it does exactly what you would expect. Very convenient, but the handling is not mind blowing. Still happy with the purchase.

Perfect for heavier microphones.
If you have a standard NTA mic or one similar in weight this is the perfect mic arm for you. But if you have any lighter mic it's quite a hassle because the springs are inside the housing, are not adjustable and are set to counter a heavy microphone. This means that it will flip up or not stay down below a certain point with a lighter mic. (think neumann tlm-xxx or any boom mic.) The mounting is really sturdy and gives you two options with the clamp being really big so it should fit about any table without any problems.
