Good for the price
I've had my Rockstand for over a year now and it's still going strong and has never caused any damages to my guitars.
If you're looking for an easy way to store all of your guitars then this is the stand for you. It's as compact as it can be and feels sturdy.
If i had to criticise the stand, there would be two things.
1. As there are no separators on the bottom of the stand, no one ever puts the guitars back in properly and you will spend your life resting the guitars back in properly as they will either be wonky a touching each other, or not seated properly between the two pieces of foam. This stand will leave you a little frustrated and bitter towards anyone who picks up a guitar :)
2. The neck rests at the top of the stand have a little plastic cap on the end to finish off the peg. Although this cap completes the look, strings can easily get caught underneath it where it meets the foam. This can be a bit of a shock when you almost rip the strings off your guitar.
So basically, be careful when picking up or putting down guitars and prepare to feel like you work in your local guitar store as you spend your days making sure your guitars are nicely lined up.
(Still a great stand, i'm in no way slamming it)

Decent.
The stand is pretty stable and the foam seems to protect the finishing of the instruments. It also saves a lot of space. I am pleased with that.
Regarding the finishing of the stand itself, I am not impressed. I feel Thomann sent me a unit they had lying around. Mine has some visible scratches on the side, the paint on the surface is worn and there were a few "dents" on the foam, as if some instruments had already been placed there.
I also had to clean some dust from the plastic pieces, at the bottom.
This does not seem to be an issue as the stand is not broken and I hope it will last a long time, not damaging my instruments but I would've liked to be sent a brand new piece. It didn't look like that.

Can provide 9guitars a place to stay! well i use this for our music club at our university and this has been great...with 3 acoustic guitars and electric guitar and one bass and two oud guitars all fit together.
Very stable and quite sturdy.
Although as i received the product there was damage on the foam and missing some parts but its alryt as it still do its job. therefore 4stars.

Saves a lot of space
I consolidated a bunch of 1-stands into this, and the savings are massive. It takes up about the same width as 3.5 single stands.
My stand currently holds 7 solidbodies, one 4-bass and one 5-bass. The spacing is snug, but well-balanced. I would not add or remove spacing. My semi-hollows need to go on the single stands.
Some headstocks partially rest on acoustic foam on the wall behind the stand. I'm not sure I would trust the stand to stand freely. There is no locking mechanism. Once you open it up it is held open by the weight of the guitars. I would definitely not place it on plywood or a springy stage floor.
The clearing to the floor is a bit low. Sometimes a guitar gets stuck, since the guitar besides it is sandwiching the strap to the floor. None of my actual bodies reach the floor.
Summary: Makes 9 guitars manageable, but know that compactness is a compromise. Still worth it.

I had bought the exact same product a couple of years back.
This time it seemed a bit "cheaper" Upon inspection I noticed that campared to the older one the construction is a lot thinner. Still provides the support needed.

It's part of my furniture now
It's been long since the days where I had all my guitars lying around in the studio. This 9-way stand gets the job done.
Wish it had a bit more stability. But to this day, not one guitar has fallen down from the stand.

Basic solution
Stable, reliable, durable. Easily recommended, a basic solution to every place a guitar stand is needed. Not the most beautiful one, but this one works just nicely for traditionally designed (LP, SG, Tele, Strat and acoustic) guitars. Not for V-styles, Explorers or other "modern" guitars though.

Great space-saver
I bought this because I have like 8 guitars scattered around my office/studio, which made for a messy arrangement. This stand is a great solution, especially at this price. Will easily fit 9 solid/semi-hollow body guitars, or seven plus an acoustic. It?s just a tidier way to store multiple guitars without going the wall-hanging route.
It?s perfectly fine for indoor/stationary use but I?m not sure if I?d take it on a tour as it?s quite light and easily toppled if you bump into it hard enough.
If you?re looking for a space-saver in a small room/studio, this is perfect, if you?re taking multiple guitars out on tour then you?d probably want a sturdier and more-protective stand.

Pretty stable stand
I really like this stand. It's even possible to pry in acoustic instruments if planning the space well, but it's mostly for electrics.
It is pretty big, but that's what You get if You want to be able to have 9 guitars in one stand.
