Rockboard Professional Gigbag CINQUE 5.2

I bought this as a replacement for my pedaltrain 3 gig bag that i've had for well over 10 years at this point and it had seen better days. The case was still good enough to use but I felt at a certain point an upgrade was necessary.

Upon receiving the rockboard bag, I had a lot of hope as the bag was perfectly sized and seemed in good quality.

I ordered this unit in april. It is now december and every single zip has snapped, the handle padding has snapped off. At first I thought perhaps user error but I am gigging maybe once a month and this bag has left the house less than 20 times and EVERY available zip handle has snapped clean off.

My pedaltrain lasted 10 years...this has lasted 8 months? truly disappointed.
