Okay For What It Is
I received this unit free as it was bundled with the microphone I ordered. With that said, I cannot give it 5-stars because of the lack of overall quality, but I cannot give it one star, because its also not terrible.
The stand is very easy to set up, and everything tightens as expected. This stand is not intended for use in any type of professional environment, because its simply not a completely secure stand for any microphone.
What I will say is, for my case use as a stand that is basically set up in one part of my home studio to record vocals into an audio interface; this unit works just fine.
My only advice would be to make sure everything is tightened sufficiently, be very careful not to knock the stand and keep it away from any moderate breezes.

Get what you pay for
I haven’t used it that long, so perhaps time will be the real judge. This came as a combo with the Shure SM58 and was about the same price at the time as the microphone by itself. The construction seems pretty flimsy, and despite not having tried, I don’t think this would stand up to any professional use. For a practice setup in a home studio it’s probably fine.

Not professional at all
I wouldn't trust this stand to do the job for professional applications. It's kinda flimsy and it's quite unstable. I wouldn't put anything expensive on its end. The main pole still moves a bit even when fully tightened. The boom joint also doesn't really go tight and can't hold heavier mics.
The cables are also cheap made out of cheap cable. It's unruly when being coiled. Tried breaking it in but still won't become soft. The connectors are neutrik knockoffs.

You get what you pay for
Entry level mic stand, a bit fragile and not very stable.
Since it's on the lighter side, every move a bit outer than center and it goes of balance.
It doesn't handle pressure very well, it gets easily bent.
All in all for the price it's ok if you don't plan moving it around a lot or putting heavy mics on it.

I bought this stand to use for drum microphones, they are very affordable, but very weak, there are more backlashes, you need to modify it yourself, in general, not Hercules, but for the house

Not so stable
The tripod cannot be fixed properly, so I felt like the stand is not as secure as I want it to be.

Not stable, feels very plasticky
I got this part of the Shure SM57 bundle. No issues at all with the microphone but the stand is not stable and feels very cheap. It is ok for being part of a bundle and might be ok for the price (as I own other much more expensive stands) so giving it a 3 star but I am a bit nervous with it when the boom is extended

It’s alright
It’s ok for the price and including a free cable its worth the money. Build is a little flimsy but it’s lightweight and holds a mic.
Time will tell how much abuse it will take but if it was to stay on one place and not moved about or from place to place it would be a good buy for sure
