I swapped my old snares with these on my Yamaha recording custom brass snare, and it made all the difference in the world. Now the snare sounds propper. It is rich-sounding and ghost notes really stick out more than they used to. Would recommend!!!

A seemingly simple product that can make a huge difference. I will buy the same product without hesitation as I have gotten a great, great sound on my 14x6,5 Yamaha Custom Snare (UK made) with wooden hoops.

I bought this not knowing if it was worth the price, but I did it anyways because I had heard it could really level up the snare sound. Needless to say, it really brought much more body to my snare, even the rest of my band noticed the difference. Actually, it's a small price to pay for such a difference.

Great quality and sound, you can't really get better snare wires than pure sounds out there anyway, so go off.
