Dgt major fret issue out of the box

I bought a dgt, waited 6 months for it but when it arrived the first 2 frets were low... Buzzed like devil, not happy. Could have returned it but would have to wait another 6 months, so decided to get it repaired myself. Overall the guitar is good quality after the repair which was a drag
