If using the Gewa Rims you need to add washers
I bought this to use with my Pearl kit, along with the Gewa RIms. You will have to add about 2" of washers to the block to push out the base plate. very simple easy to do....just make sure you have 30-40 washers available.
I really don't understand the legs that they give with this. There is NO SPIKES and I have a heavy foot so I need spikes. I have again hacked it and sorted it my own way but that is a big let down on this.
All in all its worth the money and using the smaller bass drum has caused me no issues and saves me loads of room. I have a trigger on my bass drum but haven't needed to use it yet as engineers always get a good sound

Could be better
I used the Pearl JG-16 Jungle Set Adapter with a 16 inch Tama Superstar Birch Floor Tom to switch it into a bass drum. Its a great product, unfortunately you have to buy the ISS Tom Holder System. I think Pearl should do it as a 1 product package.
As for the Adapter, it is good and easy to use and effective. Just the black tip of the feet always used to fall off easily, and had no spikes unfortunately.
The floor tom was never really stable on the floor, and there were times the floor tom would slide away from the kicking.
All and all, its a good product, but I would not give it a 5 stars.

Good but not complete
Upon ordering I did not notice that this adapter needs a tom/hoop mount for my 16" bass drum to rise, so I ended up buying another riser ( millenium DA-143) good combination though for my bass drum, I wish I bought 2 sonor force bass drum spurs (left and right) instead, a bit dissappointed to pearl drums why not inluding the tom mount.. if you are planning to buy this, buy instead 2 sonor. force drum legs and the millenium DA-143 drum riser this will save you money.

Legs too short and not the right angle for my 16”floor tom
Pedal attachment and raiser very heavy but keeps the jungle kick weighed down but have had to adapt the legs to get them on the ground

Cool Conversion Kit
Should be noted that you need a pearl ISS tom mount to use this. Depending on placement of lugs and where the legs on your floor tom are positioned, you may have to remove some of the lugs on the batter side to get ISS mount to anchor properly, meaning your head won't be seated properly. However, it is a cheap conversion kit, and well worth the price.
