Pearl HCL-105QR Hi-Hat Clutch

Very nice construction and works flawlessly. Takes a couple of minutes when first setting it up, but once done you can pop the clutch on and off the hihat to your heart's content and have a quick setup/breakdown with identical clutch adjustment every time.
I tried similar products from other manufacturers, but this is the one I like best, the key differences of the Pearl being the lovely build quality, ease of use, and construction which will help to avoid any keyholeing.

Very easy to use and the quick release is saves time a lot when you are a gigging drummer!

Feels great to use, but one point off because there is a chance for metal-on-metal contact in the center of the hihats. The setting thread can be a bit tricky, but once set you are done! I don't feel any need to upgrade to the beefier model and because this is a pearl clutch it will fit thinner hihat shafts too.

this thing helped me a LOT, when it comes to drumming. Doesn't fall off, is stable and you can set it up differently. Definitely recommend

Really nice clutch. It is exactly what Pearl says in it's catalogue: simple and reliable hi-hat clutch with great quick release feature. I've been using many different clutches before - and for me this it the best of them all (the quick release and overall quality are a dealbreaker for me). Buying it for the second time btw!

Solid construction, super easy to use, and a godsend for any kit change-overs for bands.

i use it when i having gig, it is fast to equip the HH onto the HH stand, and never lose the tension like many other screwing HH clutch, it is very nice!
