After using it occasionaly for 1-2 years, I've experienced problems with the current, and it messes my pedals. As you see, the Palmer WT PB 40 is a 130 euros product that doesn't feature fully isolated circuits. After a while, the sound started getting weird and my DL4 MKII is always doing some weird sh*t.

So, I'm not supporting thhese cheap power supplies any more. I'll buy a proper, fully isolated one that has no problems warming.

Why are they even producing these things? Make it 300 and make it fully isolated. The design is great, but it sucks. Useless basically...
