Four modes:

Mode 1: SSS / 250k, for 3 single coils or most single coil format humbuckers
Mode 2: HSS / Intelligent Switching - automatically switches between 250k and 500k
Mode 3: HHH / 500k, for any pickup that needs more treble and output
Mode 0: HSH / Intelligent Switching (automatically switches between 250k and 500k), replaces the rear tone pot with a blender control that can be used to fade in either the neck or bridge pickup in certain combinations of the 5-way switch

I recommend the Gotaco. It’s a must-have mod for a Stratocaster; you gain two extra tones with it. It’s very easy to install and doesn’t require a soldering iron. Plus, you can upgrade the pickups yourself without needing a guitar tech. I’m super happy with it.

Der obsidian Blender hebt die Gitarre auf ein gutes Niveau habe ein Strat squire aufgerüstet mit zwei Texas Pickups aus einer kleinen privaten Schmiede … klingt fantastisch… ich werde auch für meine Tele eins bestellen

Incroyable produit, performant, sans bruit de fond et sans soudure

En essayant la strato d'un ami qui avait installé ce "blender" sur sa Strat American Deluxe, j'avais été bluffé par ce produit, comme si je redécouvrais la richesse de cet instrument ! Référencé chez Thomann, donc je n'ai pas hésité à passer commande. Livré en un temps record, parfaitement emballé comme toujours.
Je l'ai couplé à un set de micros Fender Hot Noiseless, le résultat est impressionnant. Le rapport qualité prix est excellent, l'installation prend moins de 20 minutes en suivant les instructions et dès que j'ai branché l'instrument sur un Deluxe Reverb Reissue, un seul mot : Wahoo ! Les potentiomètres sont hyper précis, et le son est bluffant, aucun bruit de fond, c'est étonnant. Même résultat avec un Vox AC 30, un Marshall Blues Breaker et un Orange Rocket Reverb.
Je vais donc passer un magnifique été à explorer les possibilités sonores dans mon Home Studio.

Zunächst war ich recht angetan, von dieser einfachen lötfreien Lösung.
Leider stellte sich heraus, dass die Zwischenpositionen, also 2 und 4 nicht akzeptabel funktionieren. Hier kommt nur ein dünner, unbrauchbarer Ton zustande. Somit für mich unbrauchbar. Sowas dürfte eigentlich nicht verkauft werden. Sorry Thomann, dass geht garnicht.
Viel Geld für Nichts.
