The only possibility
This is for use with NS-Design NXT- and CRT-series electric cellos. I'm not sure if you can use this with Omnibass as well.
If you want to be able to move around while playing, this is pretty much the only option for you. It consists of a wooden frame that attaches to the instrument and a standard guitar strap that goes over your shoulder.
You can adjust the instrument position somewhat but you can not get exactly similar playing position as when sitting with a traditional instrument. Specifically, when playing on C-string (or low F if you have one) you need to take your right arm way back, behind your sideline.
Since the instrument position is different to what you are probably used to, it also makes it hard to play with good intonation without looking at the fingerboard markings.
So by all means far from perfect but still the best (and pretty much only) option there is.

Working but not comfortable
Cello shoulder strap is usable but it's not anywhere near comfortable. The few available adjustments are mandatory but the wooden chest support does not fit and there's no way adjust it.
Sometimes the instrument is swinging uncomfortably and fast bow action is much harder.
