These are no real Neutrik connectors, they're mostly made of plastic. The real Neutrik connectors are way better, much more sturdy, but I think for the price it is okay.

This is not made to usual Neutrik quality. The plastic top breaks very easily and the cable clamp is crude (2 tin tags which you crush onto the cable with pliers). Very cheap, but best used for fixed installations.
