When making my patch panel i didn't want to solder any connections. With this I just took the two top screws off the blue front of the device and secured the screws through the front of my rack panel. To feed my power supply I just changed the end socket on the unit to a grey power con.

I recommend this for all patch bays.

Its just a bit expensive.
