The strap is comfortable enough. I use it on a baritone sax. It distributes the weight of the instrument mostly on your back (which is good because you do not want too much weight on your neck). I recommend.

Excellent strap for carrying tenor sax - relieves neck

Due to childhood neck injuries straps around the neck are painfull. This strap is a perfect alternative, fits well, easy to adjust when switching instruments or wearing more clothes/coat. Bought for a friend also and they are very happy with it. No wear, tear so far, foam paddings are good quality

Took a little while to get the adjustments right but once I had that set it was all good, the strap is comfortable and the tenor sax just fits nicely and makes it so easy to hold over long durations of playing. Very impressed with the strap and I am sure it will last me a long time.

Be careful dont get used to these strap otherwise it feel uncorfotable when you use other straps :) can practice long hours with no discomfort.
