The new special series is horrible

I received this product with a delay… a sign things were not working well. Then I received it and during unpacking I missed the certificate and the accessories bag… so no tools no warranty document… nothing. Two strikes… I called the impossible to reach Thomann customer care and they said they needed to contact music man bla bla bla, anyway, they won’t solve anything themselves. Then I checked the set up… the action was so high that my fingers had vertigo. I adjusted the truss rod since the neck was way too curved but it did not help that much so and started to fretbuzz then I realize the saddles of the bridge for most of the strings had reached the bottom end of the screws so not posible to adjust the string height. I had a very high opinion about music man but now I realized they just have fallen into that quality hole where Gibson fell some years ago. I do not recommend any music man products anymore.
