As good as described

I buy this in hope of mitigating condensation issues on my plastic recorders. Make sure the droplets are evenly distributed in the windway. The side effect is that the condensation forms even more in the head joint and after a long session it compromises the sound. In this case, you can suck up the condensation the old way.

Good product, cheap packaging

I left pretty much the same review for the cork grease. The products are good, but Mollenhauer saved a bit too much with their suppliers. It's so cheap that even the print on the plastic looks low quality. Nevertheless what matters is that it does its job, which is the case!

Verdünntes Spülmittel aus der heimischen Küche leistet zwar denselben Dienst; aber wer hat diese Zutaten auf der Bühne schon in greifbarer Nähe.
Unterwegs ist dieses kleine Fläschchen einfach nur praktisch.
Wenn es dann einmal leer ist, kann man es ja mit seiner eigenen Lieblingsrezeptur nachfüllen...

Un liquide anti-condensation moyennement efficace

Je trouve que ce liquide anti-condensation est moyennement efficace. Il faut l'appliquer à chaque séance. Je lui préfère le Lh77 de Vincent BERNOLIN qui, lui, est efficace beaucoup plus longtemps.

Après plusieurs mois d'utilisation, je rectifie mon jugement :

– Il ne faut appliquer ce liquide anti-condensation “à chaque séance”, mais assez régulièrement (une fois par semaine environ, pour un jeu quotidien).
– S'il est vrai que la solution du Lh77 de Vincent BERNOLIN est plus efficace, elle est aussi plus onéreuse ; il faut donc comparer ce qui est comparable !
– J'ai eu l'occasion d'appliquer "Mollenhauer 6138 Antikondens" sur un bloc de flute à bec qui présentait des traces de moisissures, et le résultat a été plutôt positif : les traces se sont considérablement atténuées.

Globalement, c'est donc un bon produit !
