The Perfect Strap
Anonymous 08.07.2016
As a bass player it is sometimes hard to get a good quality and comfortable strap that sits well across the shoulder. I had a cheap narrow nylon strap and was tired of having an aching shoulder from playing, so I decided it was time for a replacement, something wider. I?m really happy with this strap. I fitted it with some Warwick S-Security Locks. In fact this is probably the best way to use this strap. It?s really comfortable. The wide and padded shoulder strap is great. The pick holder is a nice and practical idea.

Pros:
Very comfortable
Made from good quality leather, robust construction
Looks great
Pick Holder
Feels solid and secure when used with strap locks
Good value for money

Cons:
None to report so far.

Verdict:
I?m very pleased with my purchase, it arrived on time. I love this strap, it looks great and feels so comfortable and I can now play for hours without any shoulder strain. A great quality product, would highly recommend this.

Great Investment!

This strap is now my go - to strap for all my basses. I love it! It's comfy, yet sturdy and resilient, and really eases the strain on my shoulders that comes with using heavy basses. Definitely worth the money.

Great stuff
DanBrudar 27.09.2021
Bought them 2 times. Price/quality ratio is great. I have the first one for about 8 months and could not be more satisfied, so I bought another one for my other guitar, since the leather is thick and can be damaged when attaching and detaching to a button strap, because it needs more force. However, I like this hence I am not a big fan of strap locks, and this way there is no worry that the guitar would fall off. The pick holders are a great addition, and were the main reason why i bought it in the first place. Great peace, all recommendations!

It's the only leather strap I have
DanielPicon 13.03.2022
I don't really know how to objectively review this since I have never used any other strap, but I have no complaints about it, it's quite comfortable and affordable, I use it on my Gibson LP, it looks nice too.

Good One
MikeCrossJung 12.01.2020
This is a strap I can trust. Also large triangle picks fit in the holsters. This strong flexible leather is appropriate for straps.

It doesn't look flashy or eye-catching in any way, just black - however it does look like quality. Sometimes that's just what you want.

J
Simple and comfortable
JCS84 14.11.2017
This smooth, black leather strap has a neat, simple, smooth design. The texture of the leather is also very smooth and pleasing to the touch. It is wide enough and padded which works well for heavier guitars. It also seems quite durable. The pickholder, however, is a little tight and a bit awkward with smaller picks (a Tortex Jazz III is hard to get out) but might work well with larger picks. The strap itself is great though.

g
Minotaur strap WITH built in pickholder!
gmj1996 17.06.2017
I wanted a new leather guitar strap that was both functional and comfortable. I found it in this strap! It's really useful to have some back-up picks on your strap when you walk away from your amp during a performance. It was comfortable out of the box, very flexible and sturdy at the same time. Great design, very functional, nice width and nicely cushioned. Holes are reinforced and the overally quality is top-notch!

Best strap I've owned so far
Anonymous 12.08.2015
This strap is really resistant and reliable, it has 3 slots that can fit most picks on the market today, it's really well balanced and doesn't weight too much on the shoulder. I suggest you to use strap locks with this strap so the button holes don't wear as much and you'll have much more freedom on stage. The leather seems to be pretty good, I've been using this strap for a whole year and I can't see any signs of wearing anywhere on it. The guitar I use with this is a Dean V and it's pretty light so I don't know how it handles heavier guitars but I guess you'll have no problems with it because it's a solid and quality strap. Looks are the same as the images on the site, basic and serious.

What's not to like..?
Clive B. 18.09.2013
Purchased this strap through Thomann a while back and have now done something like a dozen gigs with it. The strap button fit is still tight after taking the strap off at the end of each gig and it remains tip-top in every way.

It's very comfortable and the pick holder is hugely useful and not just a gimmick! I use black JazzIII picks, so the stay put and blend in perfectly.

If you're tempted, don't wait any longer! :-)
