I use this drumstick holder both on my practice kit and on my gigging kit. It is sturdy and easy to set up.

Pros:
Very cheap
Good quality
Does the job well
Easy to set up

Cons:
Not very adjustable, so you have to find a good spot on your kit where you can easily access your sticks.

Overall this is a very affordable drumstick holder and does the job well.

It is exactly what it seems, a simple gear to hold your drumsticks at hand. It can fit a pair of them, 2 pairs would make it difficult to grab.
