It works as intended and, for the price, it's quite sturdy. One major problem I've personally had is that many of my 19" instruments did not fit in it properly cos this rack is rather on the narrow side of things. I've had to unscrew the frame completely in order to rack up my gear and in some cases the gear just wont fit. Check your measurments cos even if 19" width is a standard for the brackets, the inside chassis of some gear might be too wide for this rack.
