Best than I ever thought!
As an African drummer with an eclectic tastes, I needed a specific percussion sound. I've tried many electronic pads but to no availed. I saw an advert online and I decided to try the "MILLENIUM NONAPAD", guess what, I've found every sound I ever wanted. It's very easy to use and the price is affordable. Thanks to the millenium team for the quality for less

Millenium Nona Pad Review
As a composer and keyboardist for the band The Balladist, not a drummer by trade, I purchased the Millenium Nona Pad primarily as a valuable addition to our studio and rehearsal space. Our main goal was to use it as a MIDI controller for recording drum and other loops, and in that regard, it has proven to be an excellent choice.
The MIDI configuration is incredibly straightforward, making integration into our existing setup seamless. We primarily use Ableton alongside professional drum VSTs like Damage and Addictive Drums, and the Nona Pad's performance for songwriting in this environment is more than sufficient.
While the built-in sounds are of a high standard, they don't quite reach the quality of dedicated professional instruments – which is entirely expected for a device in this price range. The pad sensitivity is average, with optimal responsiveness and a quality strike being achieved primarily in the center of the pads.
In summary, I can confidently recommend the Millenium Nona Pad, available from Thoman, to all music creators. For its unbeatable market price, it offers a high-quality instrument within its category.

Close-Enough to E-Drums to be Amazing for Small-Space Home Practice
Use it as MIDI trigger for Ableton / Additive Drums in combination with Roland KT-10 Kick and FD-9 Hi-Hat Controller. Works quite well, and not worth investing in more high-end drum pads when all you do is MIDI control samples on your laptop. Unfortunately I don't have the space for a full e-drum setup in my apartment.
Important info, as I couldn't quite figure this out before buying:
(1) Kick input sends separate MIDI in addition to normal pads. In addition to the 9 pads, you can send 4 (trigger) + 2 (FS) additional MIDI notes with the NonaPad.
(2) Hi-Hat configuration: FS can switch between a selected pad's A and B version, which sends two separate MIDI notes. You can select the threshold when it switches. In addition, the FS itself sends a MIDI note when it closes. -> I managed to get closed / open and foot splash with these three MIDI notes in Addictive Drums. Importantly, it silences the open hihat sound with the foot splash. Far from perfect, but it's enough for me to practice some funky hihat action with this setup.
In the future, full CC HiHat compatibility would be really great to have. Perhaps it's just a software update away?

Solid quality, great looks and great musical abilities
I bought the Millenium NonoPad along with other items through Thomann for the first time and am greatly impressed by the Product quality, the speed and slick shipping response from Germany to the UK - delighted!!
I'll be using the NonoPad for small intimate accoustic accompanied gigs for Charity as well as coupling it to my Roland TD17KVX kit for additional effects.

Just what I needed
If you are looking for a very compact drumkit, this is it. With stand and pedals it has a 80 by 80 cm footprint. The sounds are very dynamic and with the option to layer 2 sounds makes it a dream to play realistic drums.
Also the amount of cymbals is impressive. Don't be a brand snob, this is good!

Drumming for non drummers
As a bass player, singer, keyboard player, I needed a means of playing simple live drums, NONAPAD is the perfect partner in that respect, every sound set from kits to percussion is crafted to sonic perfection...build quality is very good indeed, UI is a bit fiddly compared to the Alesis contemporary, but the instant sound between kit selection is a welcome feature (SP Pro takes time to load)...I've used mine for a lot of live shows as a dedicated kit, and 6 months on, its still working perfectly...
Highly recommend and a full 5 ⭐ rating...
