Decent Stand, but Mine Had a Defect
Unfortunately, the unit I received came with a cracked connector on one of the parts, which causes the boom arm to come loose frequently. While the overall design is functional and the stand offers decent stability, the defective component affects usability and reliability.
It's a budget option, but be aware that quality control might vary. I’d recommend checking all parts carefully upon delivery.

you can't expect anything although you'll be disappointed
It sucks, yeah, even for the money. I wonder who is capable of making such a mess with the trypod at the bottom, a monkey surely would have done it better. I still don't know how I put my mic on it and why on earth it does not fall while playing. There are plenty of knobs and bolts, but no one success to seem stable. Do not commit my mistake, pay a little more, but at least you'll save a prayer.

Not very recommended
I have a couple of these and I have gotten them in sets with microphones and I must say, if they weren't so cheap I would stay away. The tightening is kinda wonky and I have broken one as a result of overtightening beacuse it wouldn't stay in place. For micing amps and, to a degree, drums they do their job okay after you have somehow gotten them were you want them, but for vocals I recommend a quality stand. Quick small changes are not ideal with this stand. Also, for more heavy mics, like Shure SM7B, you can't bring the boom very far of center or it'll just drop.
If you are actually reading reviews of stands, you probably want a better one.

The screws are not easy adjust. When I use a mic that is a bit heavy, I have to tighten the screws a lot otherwise it will keep moving. And the screws are not very comfortable to tighten. I don't recommend this product.

Very modest quality
Recommend spending a bit more as this stand lasted maybe a year in a rehearsal room and being used maybe once a week or even less. I am now switching to K&M, Gravity and On-Stage

Did its job until I tried dismantling it.
On my effort to dismantle it, one small plastic thing from the tube broke, and the whole mic stand has to be replaced now.

Try to avoid
Bought this Millenium stand in combination of a mic. Out of the box i noticed a construction error. the srew to lock in place the arm to pivot the mic on doesn't fit in the srewhole. Therefore i cannot fix the arm in place. Apart from this the stand is of sturdy construction

Not bad for it's price
Is not stable, quality is also not the best, but of course price is also fair. If you're looking for good or professional stand I wouldn't recommend it, but if price is your top priority, then it will do it's job. Sold mine few days after I got it and bought best K&M stand they have, even though I use stand only for guitar recordings.

Very low quality and unstable
I'm apalled by the quality of this stand. It's very unstable, elements are poorly fitted. Don't bother, get something better.
