Incredible value
I must start by saying I am a guitarist and can just about hold a simple beat together, I wanted a useable kit for friends to use in the studio. I use this with some Roland spares I got from a drummer friend, and it worked as soon as I plugged it into the TD10 module. Detects rim shot properly. As I say I am not a drummer, so I have no firm reference gear for a comparison, however, I get a decent rebound with this mesh, and there is no discernable latency and the volume tracks well with the force of each hit. Its maybe a bit small for gigging or professional musicians, but if you are good enough, the size wont matter! Build quality looks good, however the mesh feels slightly less tough than the roland mesh snare I have tried before, but that may not be the case and I wont know until I have used it for a few months. Overall, incredible value for the money, and I don't know what more expensive alternatives offer for the money.

Great extra pad if you are in a low badget.
First of all the product itself is notva roland pad but it looks like and sometimes feels a like, the product itself is very fun to play but pay attention to use the l rod and the rack clamp i used my yamaha extra gear i owned from my dtx 540k e drum kit cause the rack clamp is kind of cheap and cranky a bit for my taste,as for the quality i can guarantee you will like the tom pad or as a snare pad ,it feels much more than 10" sometimes on my roland td 15 kit.
Buy it itl's good with good response as dual zone pad.

Great upgrade/replacement!
Good sensitivity and triggers. Solid and sturdy. The rubber rim broke pretty fast, but I just turned it around a bit, and it hasn’t broken any more!
