Bought it to add an extra cymbal to my Roland e-drums, along with Millenium DB-116. Not the best idea) Just because this exact clamp is not very flexible. It fits roland racks for sure. However, it has just one screw to fixate both clamp and stand, metal brackets would damage a stand, and it's rather hard to make any adjustments.

Bought this for my Alesis Nitro kit and it is too large for the frame to attach, however it feels like it would work great if it were the right size

I've had them for a couple of years, they're a quick and easy solution if u just need a mounted cymbal fast.
don't expect much configurability though.

This clamp was purchased after a consultation with Thomann CS to add an additional splash/accent cymbal and to my MPS El-drum rack. With the rack mounting pipe and Cymbal rod pipe mount on the same tightening screw, I can't seem to be able to tighten the clamp tight enough for it not to move. I'm cautious and nervous that overtightening will damage / crack the clamp.
