A 10p nyloc nut to hold the bottom rod to the pedal chain would have made this stand survive more than one practice. The top rod didn't unscrew from the bottom rod and the whole thing came out.
Absolutely useless. Sending it back.

Wrongly assembled

This hi hat unfortunately arrived with a rod that has a different thread to the receiver, and a clamp bolt that is completely the wrong size. Obviously assembled wrong at the factory, and wasn't caught by quality control.

Now I imagine I will have the hassle of raising and shipping a return. Waiting for a response from Thomann. Really disappointed, to be honest.
