There is very little to go wrong with this & at this price - buy one! - it works.

Fair warning . . . all my hardware is Millenium, from my Rack to all cymbal boom arms, snare stand, Hi-Hat Stand, the lot; I'm a huge fan.

I bought this to fit to my Millenium Remote Hi-Hat Assembly (I did warn you) having first checked with the Thomann Team to ensure compatibility, I say that because there is one "rating" on the Site that declares non-compatibility, mine is fitted and working perfectly.

I bought this when I stepped into the world of Double Bass. Its a must have if you don't want to be playing an open Hi Hat at the same time as your double bass pedal. Its quick to set up, easy to use and top quality. Nothing more to say other than good value too!

Really made my life easier when using it for combining open and closed hihat. It really worth it's money

I wanted a drop clutch just to release the top HH cymbal after playing, and without having to readjust the height every time. Drop clutches are primarily meant to be used by double BD pedal players. I'm not "one of those", but since I have this drop clutch, I happen to release it from time to time, just to let my left foot rest a little. It works very well, hasn't let me down once. More expensive models may be more durable and be of better design, but this is a great clutch.
