Bought this snare for my homestudio purposes and to learn some basic drumming since I'm merely a guitar player with no prior experience of drums.The sound is alright for a beginner, it feels sturdy enough and the finishing is ok remembering the absolutely low price. Got what I wanted!

Bought this as part of a Millenium starter kit and was surprised at how good it sounded and how well made it was. Sure, there are better ones out there but for the price this is pretty great

Nice snare for beginners and to expand the arsenal. Of course, this snare has to go through the normal upgrades to be a great low cost option. New snare wires and heads are necessary and above all a decent snare strainer.
After this upgrades, the sound is just fine and you can take it to any gig without fear of damaging it or being stolen.

this snare is out of the box loud AF, its really like a gunshot haha. drum heads should be replaced and it requires a little bit of tuning but overall a great snare for this money. recommended for beginners and experienced drummers as well
