I received the first unit with a frozen screw on slot one rendering one out of 6 slots unusable. Requested a return and at the same time ordered a replacement, I always trust Thomann customer support - never had issues with them.
A week later the replacement arrived and slot one wouldn't attach a module. I was able to attach a module to the rest of the slots.
I am returning this one too and looking at options.
