Mesa Boogie Tube 12AX7

It works , i ve tried it with various amps. This works well with Mesa valve amp only. Simply, you need to buy mesa amp in order to get its sound.
It s preamp tube, quite round tones, bright more then I like, i got the feelingthe sound is flat across whole range of tonality & volume. Simply sounds the same, no matter when its loud, quiet, low, deep.
good as orinal part for replacement, Tung Sol has 20x bigger personality.;)

Costs more than other brands but should we be afraid!! No! I have bought a complete re valve kit for my Mesa DC3 and had to return some valves because of over heating! thankfully the good people at Thomann replaced the fauly valves swiftly without any hassle. I believe a power tube is a power tube and shopping around ill save you money and provie reliable performance tubes. Recommend JJ's.

Really nice warm tone of this tube. Great value for money as far as I'm concerned. All i can say is get one and try em out for yourself and hopefully you'll be pleasantly surprised!
