I have 2 fender vintage-style basses with a difficult access to the trussrod: the neck needs to be removed to adjust it; or use an inadequate tool that damages, the wood, and the truss rod. This tool is high-quality and fits the drive perfectly, drastically reducing the damage of frequent usage. The luthier did a small wood work to allow the usage of this wrench without removing the neck. Now I can adjust the bass myself to my own taste, easily and without damaging the bass.
